* ESPU members >35 y who are still in training in an EBPU certified training programme, need to send a letter signed by their programme director stating that they are still in training (indicating start and of the fellowship) before they complete their registration. This is only available foron-line registration, not on-site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before April 1st, 2022 – 10 % cancellation fee.
- From April 1st until May 22nd, 2022 – 50 % cancellation fee.
- No refund on cancellations sent after May 22nd, 2022.
- All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

- The amount of CME credits is to be determined.
